Paavai Foundation values the trust and generosity of every donor, supporter, and contributor. Contributions received through our website and digital platforms directly support our child development initiatives, educational support programs, health interventions, community outreach activities, and operational requirements.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions governing donations and recurring contribution services made through Paavai Foundation platforms.
1. DONATION POLICY
Contributions made to Paavai Foundation are voluntary and are intended to support the Foundation’s charitable, educational, social development, and humanitarian activities.
Paavai Foundation accepts:
- One-time donations
- Recurring donations (Auto-pay)
- Campaign-based contributions
- CSR contributions
- Institutional contributions
- Individual contributions
All donations received are processed towards ongoing and planned social initiatives.
2. REFUND POLICY
As a charitable organization, Paavai Foundation generally does not provide refunds for donations once transactions have been successfully processed.
Donations made through our website are considered:
- Voluntary contributions
- Non-refundable contributions
- Intended for immediate allocation towards programs and implementation activities
Once a contribution is completed and payment confirmation is received, the transaction is considered final.
3. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Paavai Foundation may review refund-related requests only in exceptional situations, including:
- Duplicate transaction processing
- Multiple charges caused by technical errors
- Incorrect transaction amount caused by payment system malfunction
Requests may be reviewed internally at the Foundation’s sole discretion.
Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
4. RECURRING DONATIONS (AUTO-PAY)
Users who subscribe to recurring contributions authorize scheduled payments through approved payment systems.
Donors may request cancellation of future recurring payments at any time.
Cancellation requests will apply only to future transactions and will not affect payments already processed.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Paavai Foundation currently processes online payments through authorized third-party providers, including:
- Razorpay
- PayU
- PhonePe
- Other approved payment systems
Paavai Foundation shall not be held responsible for:
- Payment gateway failures
- Banking delays
- Technical interruptions
- Network-related processing errors
- Delays beyond Foundation control
Users are encouraged to retain transaction records and payment acknowledgements.
6. DONATION RECEIPTS
Donation acknowledgements and receipts are generated electronically and shared through registered communication channels.

- Name
- Donation amount
- Email address
- Contact details
before completing payment transactions.
7. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Paavai Foundation reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
